  Maintain ALL finished dimensions in millimeters. Mainseams to be sewn with OVERLOCK stitching. All materials and production environment MUST be silicon FREE! BAFFLES TO BE MADE WITH 6.5 oz coated CROHMIQ FABRIC AND HEAT CUT. Baffles are 900 mm (35.5") long. Baffle openings to be oval. A HALF OVAL CUT IS REQUIRED AT TOP AND BOTTOM OF BAFFLE. Baffles attachment includes thin webbing for siftproofing, between baffles and panel. Please use Foldover seam on top with Double sided filler cord.
  Discharge Spout Ties - 2 Qty - 35 mm wide webbing X 900 mm long sewn to form 50 mm loop for tying spout to front. Centered on base of bag front, 360 mm apart. Discharge Spout Tie loops - 2 Qty - 35 mm wide soft webbing X 152 mm sewn to bottom edge of spout on rear to form 75 mm long loops for securing to spout ties on side. If done correctly, the spout ties can be of the same webbing, must be puckered for the loop. Discharge Spout Drawstring - 5 mm diameter rope (yellow) passes through B-Lock with both ends sewn into spout seam on rear of spout. Drawstring Loops - 4 Qty - 17 mm wide webbing attached to spout to form a 25 mm long loop and positioned such the bottom of loop (even with spout drawstring) is 325 mm from bag base (275 mm from end of spout). Drawstring Remote Release - 8 mm wide webbing (yellow) X 900 mm long. One end secured to B-Lock eyelet and the other end secured to webbing loop of discharge spout tie. Remote Tie Guide - A piece of 6.5 oz Crohmiq fabric, 25 mm X 25 mm, is attached to bottom so that the ropes can be passed through and guided for security and ease.
